We charge a consultation fee, depending on the product and the project, for the sourcing, matching and coordination work we do. The architect pays nothing. To be clear: you are paying for the work, not for a guaranteed order. Who wins a project is decided on merit.
Yes, and it has to be, or the whole thing collapses. We recommend vendors on L1, Q1, S1 and T1 — price, quality, service and technology, weighed against delivery time. An architect who stops trusting our comparison stops using us, so a biased recommendation would cost us far more than it could ever earn.
No. Price is one of four factors. A vendor who costs slightly more but delivers twenty days sooner, or holds quality better, can and does win.
Payment is between you and the client or architect, on your own terms and subject to their acceptance. We don't interfere with your commercial terms.
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. We coordinate and follow up, but we don't guarantee payment. Whether to do business with a given client or architect is your call.

It's a paid service, and the fee depends on the package and the project. It's agreed with you before we begin. Your travel, stay and food on the trip are on your own account.
Because paying us is what keeps the advice clean. Locally, you can price-check a vendor in an afternoon, so vendor-side fees can't hide anything from you. Overseas, you can't verify a Foshan factory from Chennai. If a factory paid us to bring you there, the recommendation would be bought. So you pay us, and our advice stays yours.
Yes. Overseas sourcing starts at a ₹50 lakh order value. Below that, the travel and coordination cost doesn't work in your favour, and we'll tell you so.
Typically 20 to 40 percent against the equivalent product bought locally in India, on top of finish quality that's often hard to match here.
Yes. We travel with the client, and that's the point of the service: you and your client stand in the factory, see the finish and choose. We don't pick on your behalf from a catalogue.
It depends on the product and the country. We give you a clear lead time as part of the comparative evaluation, before you commit to anything.
Under Door Delivery, we do: freight, consolidation, customs clearance and delivery tracked to your site. Under Only Sourcing, that side is yours to arrange.
Shipments are insured, and the manufacturer is accountable for what leaves their floor. We coordinate the claim and follow it through with the factory and the insurer until it's sorted.
Yes. Catalogue and sample review happens before you fly, and samples are shared for approval before any order is placed.
